The rules your account runs on
Scope
This page is a plain-language summary of the terms that govern play on this site. It is written to be read, not to be survived. The complete terms are published in the cashier and inside the account menu, and where this summary and those terms differ, the full terms govern. Continuing to play means you accept them.
Accounts
One account per person, per household, per IP address. You must be 18 or over, you must register with your own name and your own details, and the payment methods you use must belong to you. Duplicate accounts are closed and any bonus attached to them is voided. Identity verification is mandatory before a first withdrawal: proof of identity, proof of address, and where a card was used, proof of the card.
Bonuses and wagering
Bonus funds are not cash. They carry a wagering requirement — the house standard is 50 times the bonus amount — and until it is met they cannot be withdrawn. Pokies contribute in full to wagering; table and live games contribute little or nothing. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active cancels that bonus and forfeits the unconverted balance. Bonus conversion is capped, and offers carry expiry dates. A bonus may be declined at the cashier before it credits; it cannot be unwound after wagering begins.
Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits start at AU$10 (AU$20 by bank transfer, and AU$20 to qualify for the welcome package). Withdrawals start at AU$20 and are subject to a standard weekly ceiling of AU$10,000, which rises with loyalty tier. Payout requests are reviewed before approval, and the review takes about 24 hours. We charge no withdrawal fee; third-party costs levied by a bank, card issuer or blockchain are outside our control.
Fair play
Game outcomes are produced by RNG-tested software and cannot be influenced by us or by you. Bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage patterns of play and the use of stolen payment methods lead to account closure and forfeiture. We reserve the right to withhold a payout pending investigation where there is reasonable evidence of any of these, and to report criminal conduct to the relevant authorities.
Dormancy and closure
An account with no activity for a long period may be marked dormant and, where the terms allow it, charged an administrative fee against any remaining balance. Logging in occasionally prevents this entirely. You may close an account at any time through support, and a self-exclusion closes it for the term you choose — a closure requested under self-exclusion cannot be reversed early by asking, which is the entire point of the mechanism.
Changes
Promotional terms change, and payment rails change with the providers behind them. Material changes are published in the cashier. The site at wolf-winner-casino.vip is operated by Dama N.V.; disputes are handled first through our support desk, which is the fastest route to a resolution in practice, and escalated to the licensing body where a dispute cannot be settled between us.
