How your data is handled here

What we collect

Registration data (name, email, date of birth, address, currency), transaction data (deposits, withdrawals, the methods used), gameplay data (which games, which stakes, which sessions) and technical data (IP address, device, browser, and the cookies that keep a session open). Verification adds copies of the identity and address documents you upload.

Why we collect it

Most of it is not optional for us either. Anti-money-laundering rules and licence conditions require a casino to know who its players are, to confirm they are adults, and to be able to show where money came from and where it went. The rest supports the account itself: processing a payout, resolving a dispute, and identifying patterns of play that suggest harm rather than fun.

Who sees it

Payment providers see what they need to move money. Game studios see gameplay telemetry, not your identity. Verification and fraud partners see the documents. Regulators and law enforcement see what a lawful request compels us to show them. Nobody else does — your data is not a product we sell, and it is not passed to advertisers as a mailing list.

Security and retention

Traffic runs over SSL, documents are stored encrypted, and access is limited to staff who need it to do the job in front of them. Records are held for the period licence and anti-money-laundering rules require after an account closes, which is longer than most players expect and is not a choice we get to make.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, and ask for deletion of anything not held under a legal obligation. You may withdraw marketing consent at any moment without affecting the account itself; the toggle is in the account menu, and unsubscribing from an email does not close a wallet. Requests go through the support desk on live chat.

Marketing

Promotional email and push notifications are optional and switched off as easily as they are switched on. Turning them off does not affect the account, the balance or the bonuses already credited to it — the only thing that stops is us telling you about new ones. Players who have set a self-exclusion are removed from every marketing list automatically, without needing to ask, and that removal is permanent for the term of the exclusion.

Cookies

Session cookies keep you signed in, and blocking them is the most common reason a login appears to fail. Preference cookies remember settings; analytics cookies tell us which pages people actually read. Your browser controls all of them, and the site works without the optional ones — it simply forgets things it would otherwise have remembered.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly hold data about a minor. If an account is found to belong to one it is closed, its balance is voided and the data attached to it is deleted except where a record must be retained under the same anti-money-laundering rules described above.
